Title:North Carolina Media Sales
Representative
Terms:An
immediate full-time independent
contractor position with negotiable
annual terms. Candidate must reside in
North Carolina and be enthused to work
from a home-based environment traveling
up to two days a week.
Compensation:
Highly competitive commission structure
to be formulated consistent with the
enterprise needs and level of candidate
talent/capacity. Travel and sales
related expenses covered per budget.
Duties:
Present CarolinaLiving online, digital
and print lead generation tools to NC
prospects and ad agencies seeking market
share of affluent families with plans to
visit, relocate and/or acquire
primary/second homes. The style is that
of “consultive” selling.
Education:College
degree and expert sales training are
required.
Characteristics:
Organized, self-motivated, high
integrity, creative, dedicated, detail
oriented, efficient, with inter-personal
communication and proven selling skills
that will fit a positive team
