Any Way You Can

Reach High Falls by horse (on equestrian trails), mountain bike or on your own two hiking feet.  This spectacular water feature slides down 120 feet of granite.  There’s a covered bridge, too, and all can be viewed from the nearby picnic shelter.

It’s all part of DuPont State Recreational Forest, near Brevard, NC.  With 10,400 acres, there is much to see and do, including nine more falls in the park. At the end of the day, head back to this amazing mountain town for great restaurants and lovely accommodations.
